Today marks Day 2 of my 365 Days of Planting journey. With the planting season kicking off, I decided to start with some delicious and nutritious crops: iceberg lettuce, mixed lettuce, and bibb butterhead lettuce. In addition to the lettuce, I also planted garlic chives and onions to add flavor to my garden's bounty.
