Cherry
Supreme
This is always a
favorite with the youngn's at our famous, summer, family cookouts. Chill
this dessert in either the refrigerator for a creamy dessert, or in
the freezer for a delicious ice-cream.
Ingredients
1 - 14oz can condensed milk
1 - 15 to 16oz can crushed pineapple
1 - 21oz can pie cherries (or blueberry)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 - 16 oz container cool whip
Directions
Mix all Ingredients together
and chill.

Uncle Joe's
Fudge Cake
For
the chocolate lover. This one takes a little bit of work, but it's sure
to put any chocolate lover in pure hog heaven.
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 stick oleo
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup buttermilk |
4 tbs. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions
Preheat oven
to 375 degrees. Combine flour and sugar and set aside. Combine cocoa,
water, oleo, and oil in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove
from heat. Combine cooked mixture to flour mixture and stir together.
In a separate bowl, dissolve soda into buttermilk. Add eggs, cinnamon,
and vanilla to buttermilk batter. Combine flour and buttermilk mixtures
together. Pour batter into a greased, and floured 11 x 16 pan. Bake
at 375 for 20 minutes. Top cooled cake with you favorite frosting.
